I generally prefer email for everything. You may not like it, but just about everyone on earth has an email address and there's no central authority dictating who can have one or what they can send or receive with it. I stick to RFC 2142 suggested mailbox names when feasible.

If you know how to use PGP, I make my GPG public key available. If not, don't worry too much.
